Our goal in accessibility consultation, whether for your home, office, a new wheelchair or your next vacation, is to help you make informed decisions to support living safely and comfortably. Almost everyone experiences natural changes related to aging or health conditions that impact their independence with mobility within the home. A consultation can help give insight into prioritizing steps to take towards accessibility, whether you need to make an immediate change or planning for the future. Our services will help avoid common mistakes to reduce frustration and save money.

Accessibility Assessement
$250/assessment
Comprehensive accessibility evaluation of your home or office, including meeting with you to identify goals, review of intake paperwork, virtual observation of home or office (in-person also available upon request), and written recommendations and plan.
Wheelchair Assessment
$150/assessment
Virtual assessment in coordination with Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) from a certified wheelchair vendor. Will provide written letter of medical necessity to submit to insurance as justification for coverage of mobility device.
Modification Consulation
$125/hour
Let’s make your plan into a reality! This may include research into product recommendations, and collaboration with related professionals (i.e. local contractor, product manufacturers, etc.)
ACCESSIBLE TRAVEL Planning
$100/hour
Want to get out of the house and explore the world? rethinkAccessibility can help you tailor your next adventure to accommodate for any limitation that may impact your travel.
AGING IN PLACE ASSESSMENT
$250 initial, $125/hour additional
Consultation for you and your loved one as you explore options for are aging in place, from staying in your home to moving to an assisted living or skilled nursing. From an expert set of eyes and ears on facility tours, to asking tough questions, I will be an advocate for your interests as you navigate difficult decisions.
Wellness and CRANIOSCARAL THERAPY
$150/visit
Consultation to support living your life to it’s fullest. Assessment will use both Occupational Therapy interventions and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) to provide comprehensive treatment to address limitations in daily activities.
